Welcome to Paws Plush Pets Mobile! We appreciate your trust in our services for the grooming and styling of your pets. To ensure a positive and safe experience for everyone, please review and agree to the following terms:

1. Mobile Grooming Service: Paws Plush Pets Mobile offers grooming services for pets in the comfort of your home or designated location.

2. Care and Responsibility: We are committed to providing loving and professional care to each pet we attend to. However, it is the owner's responsibility to ensure pets are in good health and behavior during the service appointment.

3. Procedures and Consent: By accepting our services, you authorize Paws Plush Pets Mobile to proceed with agreed-upon treatments and procedures for your pet. Any pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed to ensure proper care.

4. Matting and Skin Sensitivity: Please be aware that heavily matted or tangled fur can potentially irritate the skin or cause discomfort, especially for pets with allergies. While we take every precaution, Paws Plush Pets Mobile cannot be held responsible for any resulting skin irritation or allergic reactions. We recommend regular grooming to prevent matting and maintain your pet's comfort.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling: To provide the best service to all clients, we require advance notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the grooming service total. No-show appointments (when a client is unavailable or fails to attend the scheduled appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the grooming service total. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments. We understand emergencies happen and reserve the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time, as we reserve each appointment specifically for your pet.

6. Payments and Fees: Payments are due upon completion of each service session, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash and credit card payments.

7. Customer Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
